  Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli Ingredients 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces 2 cups broccoli florets 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) Salt and pepper to taste Cooked rice or quinoa for serving Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional) Instructions: Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside. Cook the sausage: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides. Homemade chicken pizza Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour 10 g yeast 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar Warm water 80g vegetable oil Toppings I used cheddar and mozzarella Chicken fillet Mix peppers Onion Chicken Vienna You can use your favorite topping Preparations In a bowl add all dry ingredients mix and add water mix to form dough. Put it aside for 1 hour or until it is double in size Make sure the dough in a pan is thin, then spread tomato sauce. Add cheese, then your toppings Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

    Makes:   16 Tin Steam Bread / Dombolo    Steaming Time:  1 hour Preparation Time:  2 hours Steaming   Temperature:  Plate setting – no 2 – 3 Ingredients 1 kg Cake flour ( 8 x 250 ml / 8 cups ) 10 ml Salt ( 2 tsp ) 10 ml Sugar ( 2 tsp ) 60 g Margarine ( 4 tbsp ) 10 g Anchor Instant Yeast  ( 1 packet ) 625 ml Lukewarm water ( 2½ cups ) Method Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add the margarine and rub into the flour with the fingertips. Add the  Anchor Instant Yeast  and mix. Add enough lukewarm water to the flour mixture to form a soft dough. Add about 20 – 30 ml extra water, should it be necessary. The dough must not be too stiff. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover with greased plastic and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Once rested, knock down the dough and roll up into a roll. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Spread mayonnaise on top of 6 slices of bread add cheese, sausage patties, chopped tomatoes and onions on top ,press the other 3 slices of bread on top to form 3 sandwiches. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, salt until well blended, Dip sandwiches in egg mixture. Melt butter 1 tbsp. of butter in a large nonstick skillet, cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown Enjoy
